    One of the key challenges facing many sales leaders is having the capacity and emotional intelligence to know when to step back rather than stepping up. The worst thing we can do for our team is be the conduit for all correspondence, information and decision making. It stifles development, and will diminish results. Exceptional sales leaders step back so others have the opportunity to step up.
