In yesterday’s podcast, I shared one method to conduct a conversation to correct performance, before getting to the formalised performance management stage. This was through using empathy. In today’s episode, I share the other method of conducting the conversation, this time, through assertion. Both methods can be highly effective, as long as we follow some key steps.
