One of the challenges many sales teams face each week is the expectations placed upon them to achieve multiple ‘priorities’. The Priorities of their Sales Leader, of the Executive Team, of the Marketing Team, the Channel Partners, and obviously their customer. Is it any wonder many sales people get tied up in knots trying to satisfy and appease their various stakeholders? We need to do something different & focus on one priority and stay committed to it.
