Unfortunately many sales leaders overlook the importance of preparation, when it comes to running meetings, conducting presentations, or even engaging in a conversation. Preparation is key and it sets us up for a potentially exceptional outcome. Equally as important is reflecting after the fact, to work out what worked and what didn’t – another thing that many sales leaders do not do enough of.
