Knowing Your Why Always Trumps Your What!!

In working with sales leaders and their teams, I’m always fascinated to observe their continual focus on improving what they do, or looking for how they can do things differently, so as to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Very rarely do the sales leaders focus in on ‘why’ they do what they do. And this can easily be the difference that makes all the difference!
