To Be Or To Do? That Is The Question

If you are like most sales leaders, you will have a huge to do list that very rarely you are able to complete. you will also often be at the mercy of other people’s agendas and ‘to do lists’, which only adds to yours! To truly become exceptional, we need to change our focus from entirely being on the to do list, to creating a ‘to be list’. This can be the difference that makes all the difference.
