Where Is Your Team’s Threshold?

How would you rate your team’s current level of performance? Are they extending themselves, conquering new frontiers & creating new ‘blue ocean’ opportunities, or are they making small incremental improvements based on past performance? Many sales teams are conditioned based on last month or last year, and in the process they don’t necessarily identify their true threshold.
