Working with leaders over the years, I have seen literally all manner of personalities & characters – what intrigues me the most is the character that some leaders turn into when they get the leadership position. For some, it’s all about position, the status that comes with the position, and often they change their style & approach to try and fit in. In the process, they lose authenticity & credibility.
