For years, I have focused on the mantra “It’s not what happens to you that is the most important – it is how you choose to respond to what happens to you that is the most important”. For me, it has served me well, and it continues to serve me well today, and is something I constantly share with clients and teams alike. Sometimes resilience is forced upon you when you least expect it, where you have no option but to move forward. In today’s episode, I share a very personal experience that taught me that lesson.
