As a sales leader, are you 100% focused on your people and how you can serve them, or are some of your decisions tainted with ‘what’s in it for me?’ There are so many people in business and society today who are focused on trying to be interesting to others, trying to impress people in the hope that people will find them interesting. This may sound simple, but the most effective way to become interesting to other people, is to become interested in other people.
