One of the greatest lessons I learned about leadership came from the founding CEO of Optus, Bob Mansfield. It was a lesson that wasn’t obvious at the time, but it certainly helped form my own leadership philosophy. It is also a philosophy shared by the great leaders, and that is, it is not about us!!
