I had a fascinating conversation yesterday with a group of people around this concept of sales. Many were in a direct sales role and fully embraced the sales concept, but there were others in ‘non-sales’ roles who shared with me this poor perception of sales and the fact that they could never be ‘in sales’. What they realised after the conversation though, was that they were in sales. In fact everyone is in sales. That’s the topic for today’s episode.
