Despite sales being a phenomenal career, there are so many sales people and sales leaders causing themselves and their companies a huge amount of grief. Why? Because they continue to make it about themselves and their product. They focus on trying to convince the customer that their product is the best, they have the best service, theirs is fastest, biggest…the list goes on. Who cares?
