If there is one key lesson to come out of the last 18 months, it is that much of what happens to us is beyond our control. The way we work and live has fundamentally changed, and for many, this has created challenges, and continues to create challenges. For others, it is about taking the ‘lemons’ and creating ‘lemonade’.
