Earl Nightingale said back in the 1950’s, ‘We Become What We Think About’, and more and more scientific research continues to support this. The interesting thing though is more and more people seem to have less and less control over their thinking patterns, and hence their results. If we can gain better control over what we think & how we think, we have significantly more control over our actions and therefore our results.
