Don’t Be a Sales Micro-Manager!!

One of the biggest frustrations for many sales people is the Sales Manager who micro manages and focuses all of their attention on the achievement of the number, to the exclusion of everything else. Don’t get me wrong, the achievement of results is critically important, however, there are ways the Sales Manager can oversee this that drives engagement, rather than driving fear & frustration.
