    How do you feel when you read the title of this post? Is there a level of anxiety which bubbles to the surface, or does this create some excitement?

    It is fascinating the varied responses I get from leaders when I ask them what they consider to be the ultimate objective of an exceptional sales leader. Very few actually respond with ‘to become redundant’ and yet that is exactly what exceptional sales leaders’ ultimate objective is. This is the topic of today’s episode.
