Not sure about you, but I think these Olympic Games have been one of the best ever, with so many Olympic and World Records being set, and many personal bests from athletes all over the world. What I love about the games is the opportunity to learn more about the athlete’s stories, and their backstories – what drove them to the sport they are competing in, and what continued to drive them to the biggest stage in world sport. The sacrifices they have made and the challenges they have had to overcome, just to get to Tokyo. Which begs the question for us as Sales Leaders – what is your team’s story? What makes them tick, what motivates them, and what have they had to overcome to be where they are right now. Tapping into that can be powerful & can lead to exceptional performance.
