Despite sales people possessing incredible talent and reporting to a Sales Leader who believes in them, it is staggering to observe the number of sales people who lack confidence. They are stuck and feel unable to make progress, almost waiting for confidence to hit them like a lightning bolt. This often results in stagnation and a further reduction in confidence. Great sales leaders will not allow this to happen. They know that the only way to develop confidence is to take affirmative action – that is what I cover in today’s episode.
