Stop Chasing The Shiny Thing!!

Too many sales leaders, and organisations chase the shiny object, thinking that the answer to their challenges somehow sits outside of themselves. This more often than not can lead to teams and individuals running around in circles, creating uncertainty and certainly not maximising their potential. Instead, what if we were grateful for what we had, and leveraged that? The results would be extraordinary.
